Gary Johnson has strong appeal in a state like New Hampshire which has been consistent in the philosophy of leave me the hell alone. Polling at 10% is just a start for the Live Free or Die state, and with the Republican Convention happening right now there are a lot of newly minted disaffected Republicans that will be looking for an alternative in November.

This poll has been consisted with other polls that ask about Gary Johnson, and other third party candidates, after they match it up with just Clinton and Trump. This is biasing the poll toward the two major parties as if they are the only ones running for President.
