In order to keep our readers updated, we have updated the spreadsheet on the five polls being used by the Presidential debate commission to determine debate eligibility.
As of today, Governor Johnson is sitting at 9.2% nationally among these five polls. That is down from our last update, and in part because of the newest Fox News poll that came out the other day. For the first time, Fox has included Jill Stein in their polling which typically draws Gary Johnson down. In these type of polls, Johnson has typically bounced back so we are not concerned as of right now.
The biggest hurdle right now is not the poll number, or the averages, but rather the fact that the polling firms have not run a new poll in over a month.
There is a concerted effort by the two parties to stop the Johnson momentum and the fact that 4 out of 5 of these polls have not ran in over a month is proof of that conspiracy.

Gary did a great job at the rally in Des Moines today! He will move those poll numbers if he has more rallies like the one today! He was energetic, great on the issues, and inspiring.

Average is down again, after latest CBS and Fox polls. I calculate it at 8.4%. This is not encouraging but there are other good signs, like the newspaper endorsements and a popular push to relax the rules so as to let Johnson in. The game changes on an almost daily basis.
