    • Larry Sharpe is currently running for governor of New York and has not announced a presidential run. The candidates who have profiles are those that have announced their candidacy.

  1. (While a candidate for Texas State House) “Allowing the State of Texas to secure our border”

This should read: “Allow the State of Texas to secure their own border.” I support the 10th amendment in this issue because the constitution doesn’t give the federal government any authority over boarder control.

Considers himself open borders, but also believes there should controls on immigration

This is a misrepresentation of my position, the federal government is not granted power or authority over immigration.
When I stated open border with controlled immigration I misspoke. My statement should have been something along the lines of “I support open borders, repealing federal laws on immigration, and support a constitutional path to naturalization.”

    Thank you
    Cecil Ince, Libertarian
